October 2026 Prayerlink

AFRICA REGION

Thu 1. Ntui – Liberia

Ma Yassa is very influential in Korvah village and was also well rooted in traditional practice. We reached out to her, and thank God, she accepted Christ into her life. Through her influence in the village, other women are coming to the saving knowledge of Christ Jesus. July was also a very traditional month, with high traditional practices in rural villages in Voinjama District. She refused to be part of the activities. Her brother was also very sickto the point of death. She was advised to take him to the traditional doctor, but she refused. Instead, she took him to the hospital and invited us to pray with him. Right now, he is recovering, for which we thank the Lord.

Fri 2. Misanelle – Congo Brazzaville

We organized a missionary convention in partnership with some evangelists from the Congo Democratic Republic and an evangelistic outreach to the south of the country with another set of evangelists. Thank God for drawing 120 people into his kingdom. Thank God also for the success of the outreach to the north of the country.

Evangelistic Outreach – Congo Brazzaville

Sat 3. Elias – Ethiopia (Somali Region)

Elias and his family are grateful for God’s protection and good health. Ministry in Gode continues through regular prayer meetings, Bible studies, and daily outreach. In the past three months, 35 people have heard the gospel, and three have come to faith in Christ. One woman, formerly a Muslim and seller of chat (khat), surrendered her life to Jesus and, convicted by the Spirit, stopped selling the drug. She now runs a tea and coffee business, a powerful testimony to the transforming work of Christ.

Sun 4. EJM – Kenya

“Take the Gospel into their houses,” is a training initiative that equips Christians working as house helps, cooks, watchmen, drivers, and professionals to share the Gospel naturally within their workplaces and daily interactions. In addition, EJM helped form a clergy group promoting peaceful coexistence and mutual respect among different tribes and faith communities. Through these ministry efforts, approximately 300 people heard the Gospel, and one person accepted Christ. Thank God for a neighbor who had long opposed Christianity but eventually surrendered his life to Christ after persistent prayer, love and Gospel witness. He is now faithfully attending church and participating in Bible study as he grows in his new faith. Please pray as they continue ministering in an area affected by ethnic tensions, insecurity, and discrimination that have made ministry outreach more difficult.

Mon 5. Atsede – Ethiopia

Redai Kasai, a widowed mother of four, had previously harbored hostility toward Christians. After the death of her husband, she struggled deeply with loneliness, anxiety and isolation. Through the consistent love, visits and Gospel witness of believers, her heart was transformed. She openly confessed that although she once hated Christians, she had now seen the love of Jesus reflected in their lives and chose to accept Christ as her personal Savior. Since then, she has become actively involved in fellowship and is growing spiritually with great joy and renewal. Thank God for his love that is shed abroad in the hearts and lives of believers.

Tue 6. Mark – Kenya/South Sudan

God is hearing your prayers for the Jie people. Simon Loumwa travelled to Kapoeta despite the ongoing crisis between the Toposa and Jie, carrying good news from the harvest. He shared that he had led a baptism together with his disciples in Jie, with 190 women and 26 men demonstrating their faith through baptism. We have never heard news like this before! Praise the Lord for raising more laborers among the Jie people.

Wed 7. Francois – Burkina Faso

We organised football evangelism in the city of Koudougou in the Centre-West region of the country. Eighteen teams were invited to compete: 12 university teams and 6 secondary school teams. During these competitions, we shared the gospel message with about 533 people. Thank God for drawing 23 people to himself during the program.

Evangelism through sports

Thu 8. Wandi – Nigeria

We reached a total of 3000 people through our various evangelistic activities. Thank God for 1800 of them who committed their lives to Christ. Pray for EE, a new convert from life of immorality, that as she undergoes discipleship, the Lord will establish her faith in the Lord Jesus Christ.

Fri 9. Nate - Ghana

In June, I asked for prayers that God may open the land of Manguli Kuko for Missions Outreaches because the land has been very resistant to the Gospel. God honoured your prayers and opened the heart of the King. The village welcomed us and opened their doors for the Gospel engagement. Thank God for 200 people who heard the gospel message during the quarter and 25 who came to faith in our Lord, Jesus Christ.

Sat 10. Edward – Ethiopia.

Despite severe flooding in Omorate, he and his family are safe and continuing in ministry among the Dasenech people. The floods have forced many villagers, including his family, to relocate repeatedly in search of safety, creating difficult living conditions. Even amid these challenges, Edward has remained committed to sharing the Gospel and discipling believers within the community. During the past quarter, approximately 135 people heard the Gospel, and 5 individuals accepted Jesus Christ as their Savior. Edward shares that it has been encouraging to see more people placing their hope in Christ despite the hardships caused by the floods. Thank God for many believers who are finding spiritual peace, safety, and renewed faith as they continue praising God through difficult circumstances.

Sun 11. Peter – Tanzania

Thank God for continuing to open the door of ministry to us in schools. The government always encourages churches to reach children in the schools with the good news. Thank God also for effective ministry to street kids. Pray that the Lord may continue to impact their life and give them hope in him.

Street Outreach to children

Mon 12. Sunday – Nigeria

Praise the Lord for intervening in the life of Maman, a Muslim lady. She was sick to the point that she could not walk. She experienced God’s miraculous healing and could walk again. In response to God’s work in her life, she gave her life to Christ. She wanted to join our fellowship, but she was hindered and faced serious persecution from the Islamic community and family members. For now, we are discipling her secretly. Pray that she may remain strong in the Lord.

Tue 13. Joseph – Kenya

JA is a young lady I have discipled since our time on the campus. For over a year, I met with her and a small group every Saturday, witnessing remarkable transformation in their lives. After graduation, two of them committed to serving in short-term missions among the unreached communities in Kenya. They both were absorbed into government teaching positions. However, instead of settling in more developed areas, they intentionally chose remote, unreached regions of Kenya, recognizing it as a unique opportunity to reach these communities for Christ. Now I have received inspiring news of their students receiving healing and accepting Christ into their lives. Pray for more fruitful ministry for these ladies.

Campus ministry to students

Wed 14. Elias – Ethiopia (Somali Region)

Thank God for giving us a man of peace in our mission field and for Bethelihem, a woman who, as an unbeliever, was living in complete depression. But after she accepted Christ as her Savior, she has made a total turnaround, doing very well. She will be baptized soon.

Thu 15. Lukhanyiso – South Africa

Thank God for opening the door of ministry in a school where we have inaugurated a bible club. The group has continued to grow each week, for which we thank the Lord. We have had great demand for Bibles from the kids,as their hunger to read the bible and learn more about God increases. Pray that God may provide some Bibles for the children.

EAST ASIA REGION

Fri 16. Santo Silitonga - Indonesia

The Lord's faithfulness in touching and changing human hearts is wonderfully fulfilled in the life story of Pak Andi. He is a 49-year-old man who works hard every day to provide for his family through odd jobs and working as a handyman (Carpenter & Builder). Before knowing and believing in the Lord Jesus, Pak Andi lived under the bondages of bad habits that often harmed himself and his relationships with others. He possessed a character that was short-tempered and frequently dishonest or prone to lying. This uncontrolled temper and pattern of lying characterized his life journey before he experienced a personal encounter with the truth of Christ. However, the power of the Gospel has proven capable of breaking down those old natures. After believing in Jesus, a remarkable life transformation and character change took place within Pak Andi. The man who used to be highly emotional no longer loses his temper anymore. Furthermore, the Lord has placed a new heart within him those longs to walk in integrity, so that now Pak Andi has a healthy fear of lying. This radical turnaround serves as a living testimony within his family and community, proving that anyone who is in Christ is indeed a new creation.

Sat 17. Fahri Fahri – Indonesia

One of the most powerful testaments to how the Gospel touches and turns human hearts in this ministry is the life transformation story of Pak Hartoyo. He is a man who works hard every day running a mechanic workshop. Before knowing the Lord Jesus, Pak Hartoyo held a very rigid and hostile stance toward our faith. He was highly fanatical about his previous beliefs and harbored a deep-seated hatred toward Christians. Back then, he was completely closed off to the Good News and deeply disliked even the presence of Christians. However, when the love and truth of Christ encountered his life, a radical and extraordinary transformation took place. After knowing Jesus, Pak Hartoyo became immensely enthusiastic about learning the Christian faith. His perspective has been completely turned around; he now views his former beliefs as extreme and lacking in love, standing in stark contrast to the genuine love he has found in Jesus. His sincerity to grow does not stop with himself. As a concrete proof of his earnest desire to learn and share this joy, Pak Hartoyo has already brought 1 new soul to come and learn together with him to study God's Word.

Sun 18. Pari Yusak – Indonesia

The following is a powerful, real-life testimony of spiritual transformation, shifting perspectives, and the ultimate assurance of faith experienced by a soul who has recently stepped forward into water baptism. Pak Rudi (40 Years Old) is a man who works as a Scrap Metal / Recyclable Goods Trader. Before placing his faith in the Lord Jesus, Pak Rudi was an exceptionally devout and disciplined follower of his previous religious background. He strictly observed his daily religious obligations and prayers without fail, putting his maximum effort into adhering to every religious law to earn divine approval. However, beneath all this rigid ritualistic obedience, he still carried a persistent sense of insecurity, anxiety, and heavy uncertainty regarding the eternal destiny of his soul. After a consistent journey of intentional follow-ups, grounding word studies, and ultimately making the bold decision to be water baptized, Pak Rudi’s life has undergone a radical shift. The heavy burden of fear-driven religious performance has been replaced by spiritual freedom, and his daily life is now filled with an authentic sense of joy and an unshakeable, deep inner peace. Pak Rudi no longer walks in fear or spiritual guesswork because, in the Lord Isa Al-Masih, he now possesses an absolute assurance of salvation and a guaranteed eternal life.

Mon 19. Battambang

A lady in the village experienced a transformation in her life through weekly Bible study and committed to follow Christ as her Savior because she said that God had set her free from a demonic spirit. I have a desire to establish a new cell church and share the Gospel with 150 people, and God has answered my prayer by allowing me to start a new cell church. Please pray for my safety as I travel to the field and for God to provide for my needs as I continue the ministry work.

Tue 20. Sangha Kim – Cambodia

During the Discipleship Bible School, I had the privilege of walking alongside 12 students. One of them had never heard or studied the Bible before, but as we read Scripture, shared, and learned together, God began to transform his heart and mind. He shared that he once had a wrong view of God, but through God’s Word and discipleship, he came to know Him as loving, faithful, and good. It was a beautiful blessing to witness how the truth of Scripture and the love of Christ brought real transformation to his life.

Wed 21. Daud Halim – Indonesia

The power of the Gospel to restore relationships and bring peace into families is wonderfully manifested through the life story of Pak Tarsudi. He is a 45-year-old man who works hard to support his family as an agricultural laborer and a mango wholesaler. Before knowing the Lord Jesus, Pak Tarsudi faced a major challenge in his domestic life, particularly regarding his relationship. He possessed a character that rarely communicated with his spouse, often creating distance and a rigid atmosphere between husband and wife. However, after accepting Jesus as Lord and Savior, a beautiful and heartwarming transformation took place within his marriage. The process of knowing Christ has softened his heart; now, communication with his spouse has become much more harmonious. Pak Tarsudi has learned to be more open, to listen, and to build loving dialogues with his wife. This turnaround serves as a living testimony that Jesus' love not only saves an individual soul but is also fully capable of restoring marriage and reviving family harmony.

Thu 22. Bounlurt Tava – Laos

One deeply touching story of transformation this quarter is about a widow named Nang Buapha, a member of the Pong Church. Before coming to know the Lord, her life was filled with profound grief and despair. Ever since her husband passed away, she cried every single day, lost her appetite, could not sleep, and grew weak and thin. Day and night, she was haunted by the dreams of her late husband, leaving her life completely without hope. Then, her niece shared the Gospel with her, gently telling her that if she opened her heart to Jesus Christ, He would change her life, give her a brand-new beginning, and fill her with His peace. Moved by this message, Nang Buapha decided to believe in Jesus. She began attending worship services at the Pong Church and was baptized.

Fri 23. Rong Keatha – Cambodia

In the last quarter, I met a person whose life was full of problems, worries, and lack of hope. I shared the good news about Jesus Christ and showed that God loves him, and that Jesus died and rose again to forgive sins and give new life. After hearing the message, he began to open his heart and believe in Jesus and wanted to know Him more clearly. His life started to change through prayer, reading the Bible, and trying to give up habits that were not pleasing to God. He also began to have hope, peace, and learned to forgive others. What made me happy is that he not only listened to the Word but also wanted to share what he learned with his family and friends. This shows that Christ can change someone's life and make them a witness to others.

Sat 24. Mau Silein – Cambodia

There has been healing and provision, and the children have experienced good health and protection. Prayer requests include healing for my husband, that the children would obey their parents, wisdom in their studies, provision of a vehicle for ministry service, funds to build a sanctuary and install electricity, and good leadership. In the next three months, we hope to see 50 people believe in the Lord, 30 people discipled, 3 leaders raised up, 3 small groups established, and 20 baptisms.

Sun 25. Hem Sern – Cambodia

Life Test: From a Homeless Person to a Joyful Servant By: Brother Ron Siang HaiMy name is Ron Siang Hai. In the past, my life lived in darkness and great despair. I was a person with no true home, living homelessly without purpose and no support. But at my lowest point, God never abandoned me. He sent Pastor Sony to share the Good News about salvation and the love of Jesus. Through his leadership and teaching, I decided to open my heart to believe in Him, and my life began to have new light and hope. When my child fell seriously ill and I had no money for treatment, a caring pastor lent me 300,000 riels, and by the power of grace and God's mighty hand, my child was miraculously healed! Today, my life has been completely transformed, and I am passionate about preaching Good News and helping teach Scripture to new believers.

AMERICAS REGION

Mon 26. Marcelo Mayak – Ecuador

During these three months, we have realized two conferences in different communities that are called Kaiptach and Kuserua. In the community of Kaiptach, 350 people attended and Kuserua 200 people. The purpose was to strengthen the leadership in the churches, maintain unity, and know the needs of each community, posterior work on it. His name is Patricio Nananti from the community of Kuserua. Before he was the enemy of Christians, but now he has received Christ in his heart, and he is rising as a leader, has much passion for Christ, therefore he made a conference in his community. There is much Catholicism in his community, but he is there working, only Christ can transform any life. To evangelize more communities like PATUKMAI and TSUNKINTSA, while I go working with the leaders of the churches. We have been asking for provision for medical attention for my wife and God has answered and we were able to receive medical attention. I ask for my wife's health, for provision to travel to Quito, for the entrance to Tsunkintsa to evangelize, for the studies of our daughters, for wisdom and direction to guide my family, and for my studies as I begin the next semester in October, and for a car for transportation.

Tue 27. Mildred Maribel Pur Cojón de Lacan - Guatemala

During these months, we have spoken in every classroom at the schools about the birth, growth, and death of Christ, and more than 1,500 children have heard the plan of salvation, with some making their decision for Christ. We thank God for opening the doors of the schools and providing volunteers, resources, snacks, and gifts for the children. We have also been praying for Professor Gálvez and thank God that he now allows the volunteer to enter and stays to listen. In October, we will finish the remaining three schools and share the message of love and hope with children in a rural area. In November and December, we will work with volunteers and prepare for the 2027 ministry. Please pray for more volunteers and resources for the remaining activities and materials for 2027.

Wed 28. Yaimara Medina Zamora – Cuba

Over the past three months, we were able to hold a summer Bible school with children, teenagers, and young people, spend time with the elderly and widows, and hold an evangelistic campaign. We estimate that 100 people heard the Gospel, 50 accepted Jesus as their Savior, and 7 were baptized. A 40-year-old woman who had peritonitis and practiced witchcraft was restored by the Lord, baptized, and the Lord continues to sustain her. My goals are to start new cell groups and missions and form new leaders, while personally depending completely on God. I also pray for a laptop or tablet, for my husband to come to the Lord so that we can work together in ministry, and for the restoration of my family and to have a child. The Lord has answered my prayers, restored my ministry, provided the papers for my new house, and spared my brother after he suffered a heart attack; he is now seeking the Lord.

Thu 29. Samuel Choc Guzman - Guatemala

Over the past three months, I have continued presenting the values and principles that the Word of God allows us to share, challenging students to improve and encouraging them to work hard in their studies to reach their goals. We estimate that 180 people heard the Gospel, 2 accepted Jesus as their Savior, and 0 were baptized. Raquelita has recovered from a time of depression due to problems in her family. I invited her to serve as a volunteer teaching in the schools, and after accepting the challenge, her life and participation in her congregation have changed radically. If God allows, my goal is to do a better ministry each day, although my age of 65 limits me in some ways. My recovery from the stroke has been surprising, for the glory of God, as it had prevented me from continuing in this ministry for two months.

Fri 30. Samdra Alvarado - Guatemala

Over the past three months, we visited schools and an institute, shared materials and New Testaments with students, and held two special talks for young people. We also held closing activities, sharing the Word of God with the children and youth. We estimate that 1,600 people heard the Gospel. The children and young people are interested in hearing about the salvation of their souls, and the teachers have commented that the children’s vocabulary has improved greatly. Our goal for the next three months is to carry out activities with volunteers and teachers so that they can also learn about Jesus. Thank God for people willing to share the message with children in different schools, for providing materials, permission from teachers, and finances. Please pray for volunteers, materials for the children, and finances.

Sat 31. Worldlink - USA

This month, we celebrated 25 years of God’s faithfulness to Worldlink International Ministries. What a joy it was to look back and see how the Lord has used the prayers, generosity, and partnership of His people to advance the Gospel among the least reached. The celebration was a fruitful time of worship, thanksgiving, and remembering the many lives and communities impacted through indigenous missionaries around the world. As we look back with gratitude, we also look forward with faith, trusting that the Lord will continue to use Worldlink to raise up more workers, reach more people, and proclaim the good news of Jesus Christ to the nations. Please pray that the Lord would continue to bless Worldlink’s ministry and faithfully provide everything needed to reach more unreached people with the Gospel.
