August 2026 Prayerlink

AFRICA REGION

Sat 1. Albino – Mozambique

One of the 5 people we recently baptized has suffered a lot of criticism and rejection by the family, but she has remained resolute. To make matters worse, although she came to faith through the witness of her husband, her husband began to backslide. Thank God for her steadfastness and through this, she has helped restore her husband. Please pray that the Lord may help them to remain stable.

Sisters in Christ

Sun 2. Akouvi – Togo

Da Abra had a bad reputation in the neighborhood as a drunkard, hooked on Sodabi, a very destructive local drunk. After accepting the Lord as her savior, she stopped taking this drink totally. She is active in church now. Pray that the Lord will keep her sober and that she will be a testimony of what the Lord can accomplish in lives subjected to his control.

Mon 3. Milda - Ethiopia

We engaged in one-on-one evangelism, organised discipleship training and visits to new believers. We baptized new believers after a period of training. We baptised 57 new believers altogether during the past three months. Thank God for the fruit that has accompanied our ministry. Pray for growth to maturity of these new believers.

Tue 4. Pamazi – Togo

Thank God for blessing us with a place of worship miraculously. Another church in our neighborhood that vacated their premises gave us their church building in exchange for the little amount we were able to gather. Pray God’s blessings on their ministry. In the next three months, I intend to focus on training of mature believers for leadership of the cell groups we plan to inaugurate in other neighborhoods where we plan to proclaim the gospel message. Pray for the success of our plan.

Wed 5. Faya – Guinea

Paul and his wife Mary lived a life under pressure from evil spirits. They heard about the evangelistic program organized by our ministry. They decided to take part in it. After hearing the gospel, they both came forward to receive Jesus as their personal Lord and Saviour.  During the prayer, they were visited by the Lord and began to vomit. In the following days, Paul came to give testimony where he saw the demons coming out of his body during the night. He decided to leave all his fetishes and follow Jesus. Thank God because he and his family have never looked back since then. They are totally committed to the Lord. Mon

Thu 6. Eiyas – Ethiopia

While I was preaching about the story of the rich man and Lazarus, a man was touched, and he came to tell me he wanted to accept the Lord Jesus as his personal Lord and Savior. There and then, he accepted the Lord, and I prayed for him. Thank God for ministering to him. It is also a great blessing to see people who have recently accepted the Lord go out and preach the gospel to others.

Fri 7. Patrick – Uganda

Jonathan gave his life to Christ during a prison outreach and is now serving as a pastor, leading a thriving congregation of nearly 300 worshippers. His transformation continues to inspire many and demonstratesthe lasting impact of prison ministry and discipleship. Pray that his life and ministry will continue to impact many lives for God’s glory.

Sat 8. Abate – Ethiopia

AA left his home and was living on the street due to addiction to alcohol and cigarettes. While preaching the gospel on the street, he came to me and said that this good news had touched the depth of his heart. He asked what he should do to accept the Lord. I told him he only needed to believe in Jesus Christ to have eternal life and be part of God's family. He believed, and I prayed for him. Now God has freed him from his addiction. He has returned home and is in a good condition. Thank God for delivering him from the shackles of Satan.

Sun 9. Augustin – Cameroun

We held an evangelistic campaign in the village of Ekelemba from December 27 to 29. Thank God for making everything go well, for about 90 people who heard the Gospel message we proclaimed and for 18 of them who received Jesus Christ as their savior. Pray for their sustenance in the faith.

Evangelistic Outreach

Mon 10. Daniel - Ethiopia

I have been teaching and spreading the gospel in Cherkeka and Yerkoka areas. Thank God for 197 people who listened to our message and for 11 of them who received Christ as their saviour. Please pray for healing for my wife and me. I suffer from tearing eyes while reading and my wife from anaemia.

Tue 11. Wezzy – Zambia

The yearly devotional that I edit is used by students and adults. Pray for immense spiritual blessings on all who buy and use the devotional. Thank God also for the success of our mission trip to Chilubi Highland. We conducted door-to-door evangelism and leaders' mission training. Thank God for 50 people won for God’s kingdom during the quarter.

Wed 12. Marius – Guinea

The Story of Mr Yombouno is a simple miracle. For 5 months, his wife has been praying with us and we gathered to visit him as a family and talk to him about Jesus; His answer was one day, I will come. In May, the women invited him to their feast, and he responded to the invitation. It was the day of a great decision as he finally accepted the Lord as his personal Savior. Thank God for bringing him to faith in his time.

Thu 13. Isaac – Kenya

Isaac and his family continue ministry in Kiunga, a highly insecure environment where insurgent activity has significantly affected church gatherings and outreach. Despite these challenges, they remain active in evangelism and discipleship through relational ministry such as football engagements, community farming activities, and church programs. Approximately 100 people heard the Gospel during the quarter, though there were no recorded decisions or baptisms. Thank God particularly for His protection over their family and church, especially during a recent incident where grenades landed near their home without detonating. Please pray for lasting peace and security in Kiunga, for boldness and perseverance among believers, and for provision to construct a more secure place of worship.

Fri 14. Neo – South Africa

During one of our Prayer Spaces at St. Anne’s, a student who was on the verge of suicide opened up while moving through the stations. The environment allowed her friend to realize the seriousness of her condition and bring it to our attention. We were able to respond quickly, refer her for the help she needed, and ensure she felt seen, loved, and supported. This moment reminded us of how God meets young people in these quiet, reflective spaces, and how vital it is to keep creating room for Him to speak into their hearts.

Bible station - youth outreach

Sat 15. Lawuren – Ethiopia

Thank God for Ebegno, a 43-year-old former ancestral spirit worshiper, a drunkard, and a well-known troublemaker in the community. He came to faith after hearing the message of John 14:1-3. Ebegno is now an active church member, learning to share his testimony with others. The gospel has also reached a previously unreached village during this period. Thank God for improved security in the region. Pray for lasting peace and relief from drought.

Sun 16. Worldlink USA

The Lord has been gracious to our team in the USA and we express our deepest gratitude for your prayers and support. We are putting the finishing touches on our 2026 Impact Report and are looking forward to all that God is leading us to do this fall. We are continuing to strategize in how we can see the Gospel impact more and more unreached people. We are thankful for our partners and the ways they are reaching their countries for Christ.

ASIA REGION

Mon 17. Ly Loun and Seik Ta – Cambodia

Brother Reth used to live in fear because of his illness and suffered from a hernia due to old age. The doctors also said that both his wife and unborn child were in poor health. After hearing the Good News about the Lord, he believed in Jesus. As the time for his wife to give birth approached, the doctors warned that the baby's health was at risk because of the family's medical condition. Brother Reth asked to be discharged so he could return home, but the doctors could not guarantee their safety. Even so, because he believed in Jesus, he prayed to the Lord and placed his trust in Him. God performed a miracle and healed his child. Through this miracle and the faithful prayers of a sister in Christ, his siblings and other family members also came to believe in the Lord, and the entire family became followers of Christ.

Tue 18. Kam – Laos

One special testimony from this season is about a woman named Mothana. While working in Thailand, she began to suffer greatly, and her family believed she was experiencing spiritual oppression. Her condition became very serious, causing her parents great concern. Because of this, they brought her to Ratta Church, where she heard the Gospel, received Jesus Christ, and was prayed over. Together with the church ministry team, I prayed for her in the name of Jesus. By God's grace, she was delivered, healed, and restored. We thank the Lord Jesus Christ for touching her life. Today, Mothana is healthy and has returned to her normal life. She has since gone back to her home village, a rural village in Savannakhet Province.

Wed 19. Sam – Laos

Over the past three months, I thank God for everything He has done through the ministry. I have witnessed His guidance, His miracles, and His answers to prayer among an unreached mountain people group in Southeast Asia. During this time, I continued sharing the Good News of Jesus Christ with the people in the community. About 60 people heard the Gospel through this ministry, and by God's grace, 13 people repented and accepted Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior. Many of these people were deeply touched as they witnessed God working in powerful ways. Through prayer, some experienced healing from serious illnesses and other physical conditions. These answers to prayer helped them understand that Jesus is alive, powerful, and full of love. I am very thankful to God because He is opening hearts among this unreached people group and drawing them to Himself.

Thu 20. Ira – Indonesia

Mrs. Lidia, a 67-year-old widow, shared a powerful testimony about how she was able to forgive someone who had slandered her family. She said that if it were not for the Lord Jesus, she would never have been able to forgive that person. The incident took place about three years ago when someone falsely accused her eldest child of embezzling money. Deeply hurt by the false accusation, Mrs. Lidia became angry and sought revenge against the person who had slandered her child. She carried that bitterness for several years. One day, we held a meeting where the theme was forgiveness. During the gathering, Mrs. Lidia had a personal encounter with God. As she listened to the message, the Lord began to work in her heart, and by the end of the meeting, she made the decision to forgive him. According to her testimony, once she chose to forgive, she experienced a deep sense of peace. Today, she has a restored relationship with the person who had slandered her family, and they have become so close that they are now like family.

Fri 21. Puri – Indonesia

His name is Ed. Before coming to know Christ, his life was in turmoil. He was divorced, struggled with a gambling addiction, and later married a Muslim woman. Praise the Lord, after accepting Jesus Christ, his life was transformed. He gave up gambling and became a faithful husband. Mr. Ed has six children. Most of them are married, except for their only daughter. Most of Mr. Ed’s children married Muslims, and their children have also been raised as Muslims. I continue to pray and share the Gospel with this family. By God's grace, one of his children, Hari, and Hari's wife have both come to believe in the Lord Jesus. Today, Mr. Ed's family is doing much better. They now run a fried chicken business, and God has blessed their work with growing sales. Mr. Ed has also become more committed to following the Lord and continues to grow in his faith.

Sat 22. Xiengkhammone Xaysombou - Laos

A Powerful Testimony of Transformation: Keo’s Story

We want to share a powerful testimony of God’s deliverance and healing in our community. For a long time, a man named Keo was deeply tormented by spiritual enemies. Desperate for relief, he sought the help of local witchdoctors. Over time, he spent everything he had, eventually even selling his own home just to pay for their rituals. Despite his sacrifices, he never found healing; instead, he was left broken and bankrupt. In his darkest moment, Keo spoke with his wife, and together they made the decision to turn away from the witchdoctors and place their faith in Jesus Christ. The moment they surrendered to the Lord, everything changed. Jesus completely delivered and healed Keo. Today, he is doing incredibly well and is a completely changed man. He and his family are now regular members of our church, and Keo isactively serving alongside us in the ministry. We praise God for bringing Keo out of darkness and into His wonderful light.

Sun 23. Theresa – Vietnam

Testimony of Mrs. Nhi – Cà Mau Province

In November 2025, Mrs. Nhi was diagnosed with cancer. She and her husband came to Ho Chi Minh City for examination and treatment. During their time in the city, they were introduced to the Love House (0đ), where we had the opportunity to share the Gospel and testify about Christ with them. Both of them accepted Christ. After completing treatment and returning home, we connected them with a local church so they could continue receiving spiritual care and support. They have faithfully attended weekly worship services and participated in baptism classes. One particularly encouraging thing is that although they have only followed Christ for a little over six months, they made the bold decision to remove the objects of worship in their home and fully commit themselves to following the Lord. According to the current plan, their local church will baptize them in July or August. Whenever they come to Ho Chi Minh City for treatment, they worship with our church, and when they return home, they faithfully continue attending their local church each week. Praise God for His work in their lives.

Mon 24. Bounlurt Tava - Laos

Thank God for answering my past prayer requests by giving me strength and open doors to share the Gospel. In this past quarter, about 10 people heard the Good News, 4 people accepted Jesus Christ, and 2 people were baptized. I also thank God for the life of Mr. Lien, who heard the Gospel while he was seriously sick in the hospital. God helped him through prayer, medical care, and the witness of Pastor Vamoua Xiong. Now Mr. Lien has accepted Jesus Christ, and I am thankful to see how God used a difficult situation to bring him closer to Jesus. My new prayer requests are: please pray for Mr. Lien and the other new believers, that they will grow strong in faith, understand God’s Word, and continue following Jesus faithfully. Please pray for more open doors to share the Gospel through hospital visits, family visits, personal witness, and church ministry.

Tue 25. Baui – Bhutan

I experienced God’s power through prayer and deliverance ministry. I prayed for a woman in our church, and during the prayer time she began speaking many bad words, cursing, shaking, and becoming very dangerous. It was a frightening situation, but I trusted in the power of God and continued praying. Other believers from my church joined in prayer, and after a long time of prayer, she was completely freed. We praise God for His power. This experience really helped strengthen the faith of many people who witnessed God’s mighty work.

Wed 26. Aanand Bhatta – Nepal

We started a children's fellowship at the home of a believer located about an hour from here, and we have been holding it every Sunday with around 20 to 25 children attending each week. We also host a children's fellowship every Friday at our church, where 10 to 15 children regularly gather. It brings me great joy to see the believers growing spiritually. Although traveling to distant villages has been difficult because it is currently the rainy season, we continue visiting our brothers and sisters in Christ and sharing the love of the Lord with them. Every Thursday, we also hold a home fellowship at the house of one of the believers. Last month, I also taught tuition classes, which gave me the opportunity to share the Gospel and demonstrate the love of the Lord. Please pray for those who have believed but are struggling to remain steadfast in their faith and pray that the local people and their families will continue to grow and remain faithful to the Lord Jesus.

Thu 27. Primi – Nepal

During the last three months, I shared the Gospel with 250 people across different communities in Nepal. Five people accepted Christ, and two-three of them are preparing for baptism in the second week of July. We also distributed 125 Bibles in Chepang community, provided 50 school bags in Bajura to children in. Bajura, 100 sets of school supplies in Rautahat, and 150 mosquito nets to needy families to help protect from dengue in Rautahat among Musar and Lohar communities. Through these outreaches, we demonstrated Christ's love through both evangelism and practical care.

Fri 28. Arjun and Mina Lama Pakhrin – Nepal

During the past three months, I have led weekly children's classes featuring creative Bible storytelling and worship songs. I have also conducted door-to-door and home visits to encourage believers and share the Gospel with non-believing family members. In addition, I have facilitated regular gatherings focused on helping believers grow in their knowledge of Jesus and strengthening discipleship. I also taught children ages 8 to 12 through a Prayer Program that reached nearly 130 children, using interactive activities, action songs, and engaging lessons to teach them about Jesus.

Sat 29. Mija – India

By God’s grace, the ministry is moving forward through house fellowship and personal evangelism. Pastor Rab is faithfully visiting homes, encouraging seekers, and strengthening believers. The handwritten report mentions that many people are gathering and listening to the Gospel. Around 60–65 people relate to fellowship and ministry gatherings. This is great encouragement in a difficult mission field. The people need to be discipled carefully so that they may not only hear the Gospel, but also understand salvation, repentance, faith, baptism, and the cost of following Christ. Please pray that the Lord will raise strong believers from this fellowship who can become witnesses in their own villages.

Sun 30. Manny – Western Cuba

We share the story of a married couple who have 3 children, two teenagers, and a baby. This family has gone through various trials. The regular presence of leaders and much more intentional and intense pastoral work became necessary. As a result, the family has understood that God has called them to serve. Being so, the husband serves as a worship minister and God use him to build up the church. The wife has started an excellent work with the children in the community and receives great support from her two children, who are preparing themselves as teachers and serve as Timothys alongside the pastor in the work with the youth. To God be the glory.
