Given Nigeria’s status on the continent and the wealth being produced from its oil fields, an Islamic Nigeria will exert enormous influence on other African people and nations, allowing inroads for Islam into their societies.

The world has yet to see a nation emerge from the shadow of Islam once it has taken over. A fully Islamic Nigeria is a frightening thought for Christians concerned for the 140 million people in the country, let alone the 900+ million living in Africa.

Worldlink believes now is the time to oppose the advance of fanatical Islam, to equip the Christians serving in mortal danger, and to resist the outpouring of Islam onto the continent.

Worldlink is seeking people willing to commit their prayers, energy, and finances to strategically supporting native Christian missionaries, teachers, and trainers in Nigeria as they fearlessly oppose the Islamic tide.

Sensing God’s direction, Worldlink’s leadership has decided to do all that it can to expand and equip the Body of Christ in northern Nigeria, believing that it is in Nigeria that the great battle for the souls of Africa must be fought.  If Nigeria falls to Islam, the rest of the continent will be in peril of experiencing the same future.
